Personal. Supportive. Realistic

Support that starts with you

I’m a qualified Health & Wellness Coach, but my role isn’t to tell you what you should be doing.

It’s to listen, understand where you are now and help you find changes that feel achievable for your life.

I know what it feels like to put yourself last.

For years I told myself that I’d make more time for me when life became less busy.

How I found my way back

Like many people, I know what it feels like to spend so much time looking after everyone else that you forget to look after yourself.

For the past 15 years, as a business owner, I’ve always been the person who makes sure everyone else is okay. My clients, my family, my husband. I’ve always gone the extra mile.

I told myself I’d make time for me when life became less busy. But that time never seemed to come.

I was eating on the go, rarely switching off and constantly thinking about what needed doing next. Then, after losing my mum, I found myself travelling back and forth between Cornwall and Wales while still trying to keep everything else going.

My mind was constantly busy, sleep was difficult, and I realised I’d become very good at putting myself last. It made me realise something important:

So I started small.

I began nourishing myself properly with wholesome food instead of grabbing whatever was convenient. I made space for meditation, slowing down and quietening my constantly busy mind. I became more aware of what my body was asking for — rest, movement, better routines and, perhaps most importantly, a little more kindness.

But gradually, I began to feel like myself again.

More energised. More grounded. More present.

And somewhere in that process, something else shifted too.

I realised how many other people were living exactly as I had been — capable, caring and keeping everything together, while quietly losing connection with themselves.

That realisation became the foundation of Pivot to Path.

Sometimes we simply need to pause. To reconnect with what we need. And make small changes that support us, rather than add more pressure to our lives.

Today, I help others do exactly that — create simple, sustainable changes that fit into real life, so they can have more energy, greater balance and, most importantly, feel like themselves again.

Tracy is an effective coach, with great insight and clear communication. Tracy’s sessions were extremely positive, uplifting; founded on extensive knowledge and skills that provided a clear pathway, guiding me to achieving my goals. I will continue these principles over the long-term.
